Description
The U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development requires a move-in-ready, full-service office rental in D'Iberville, Mississippi, within Harrison or Jackson County. The space must provide at least 1,600 square feet for eight federal employees, sole agency access and control, at least three private offices, a conference room for at least 15 people, public access, ADA compliance, secure exterior doors, parking for five visitors and three government vehicles, and access to telephone and internet service. Locations near the Interstate 10 and Interstate 110 interchange are preferred. The monthly rental must include utilities, trash removal, pest control, routine maintenance, janitorial services at least twice weekly, grounds and parking-lot maintenance, property insurance, real estate taxes, and common-area maintenance. The anticipated firm-fixed-price requirements contract includes a 12-month base period and two 12-month option periods, for a maximum three-year duration. Quotations must include a completed price schedule, office-space blueprint or drawing, labeled interior and exterior photographs, a completed and signed SF1449, and applicable signed SF30 amendment documents, along with information addressing location, layout, amenities, and past performance. Amendment 0002 extends the quotation deadline to September 15, 2026, at 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
