Description
The Biloxi Housing Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified, licensed, and insured entities to provide groundskeeping and landscaping services for its properties. The award will be made using a best-value approach. Proposal packages may be obtained by emailing a request to the designated procurement email address. Responses must be submitted in person, by courier, or by mail before the deadline; emailed or faxed proposals and amendments will not be accepted. The outside of the sealed proposal envelope or package must identify the solicitation number and title, along with the proposing entity’s name and address.
