Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking quotations for two requirements totaling 12 vials of dantrolene sodium injection, 250 mg per vial, NSN 6505-01-653-1569. The product must be FDA-regulated, have a 24-month non-extendable shelf life, and be stored at 20–25 degrees Celsius while protected from light. Packaging, labeling, marking, inspection, and delivery must comply with the solicitation's medical supply requirements, including Medical Marking Standard No. 1 and applicable hazardous-material packaging provisions. The requirements are for destination delivery to two military destinations: six vials for the USS Harrisburg in Pascagoula, Mississippi, and six vials for the USS Somerset in FPO AP 96678. Delivery is required within five days after delivery-order acknowledgment, with original required delivery dates of September 14 and September 15, 2026, respectively. Quotations must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
