Description
Harrison County is soliciting bids from a single prime contractor for the Beach Drainage Outfalls Hurricane Zeta Project. The work consists of repairing and replacing existing drainage culverts and open channels, together with related work along the county's beach. Bids are to be submitted on a unit-price basis using the Bid Form. Bidders must provide bid security in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. For bids exceeding $50,000, the bidder must include its Mississippi Certificate of Responsibility number on the outside of the sealed bid. The county may award based on the lowest and best bid and may accept or reject bids by phase or item if the documents provide for separate bids.
