Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for one 100-gram bottle of sodium perborate powder, NSN 6505-01-307-3268, under purchase request 7018257344. The item must have a 36-month non-extendable shelf life, be protected from high humidity and temperatures above 32 degrees Celsius, and be kept away from flammable and combustible materials. The supplier must identify the source and part number, comply with applicable FDA, medical marking, packaging, inspection, domestic-material, and hazardous-material requirements, and provide the item FOB destination.
