Description
The Mississippi Air National Guard Combat Readiness Training Center (CRTC) in Gulfport, Mississippi is seeking a contractor to provide, install, configure, and test a complete, turn-key IP-based paging system. The contractor will decommission and remove the existing obsolete analog indoor and outdoor paging system, including legacy speakers, amplifiers, and controllers, and replace it with a new commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) IP-based system. The new system must include IP-enabled ceiling, wall-mounted, and horn speakers for indoor and outdoor environments, as well as a head-end server and all necessary active network infrastructure such as PoE switches and cabling. The contractor will also integrate the new system with the existing outdoor siren system and the base's Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) system, allowing any desk phone to initiate paging. The project includes system configuration, testing, training, and delivery of as-built drawings and documentation. All work must be completed within 14 consecutive calendar days, with a project completion deadline of December 31, 2026. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 238210.
