Description
The Réseau de transport de Longueuil is soliciting a contractor to perform concrete infrastructure rehabilitation at three operating garages: two garages at the Saint-Hubert Operations Centre and one garage at the Vieux Longueuil Operations Centre. The work includes sawing and demolishing existing concrete slabs and drainage channels; repairing, resurfacing, or reconstructing slabs and channels; constructing a new drainage channel; removing existing rails in a paint-room area; installing temporary street-type protection plates during concrete curing; and supplying and installing new grates. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and products required for complete performance. Submissions must be prepared in French and include the completed and signed official submission form and all documents listed in that form. A bid guarantee of at least 10% of the pre-tax bid amount and a commitment letter guaranteeing issuance of a performance guarantee of at least 50% of the pre-tax bid amount are required with the offer. The estimated contract period is six months.
