Description
The City of Warwick is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase of 34 Warwick Lake Avenue. Bidders may submit pricing for one or more of three development scenarios: keeping the existing building, an A-7 conventional subdivision, or a PDR overlay development. The specifications identify an A-7 plan for 11 single-family homes and a PDR overlay option with an A-7-equivalent density of 12 units per acre and 30 units. Each bid must include a $100,000 bid deposit. The selected bidder will also need to accommodate an easement for the existing sewer pump station. The solicitation includes an acknowledgment of addenda, a certification and warrant form, and bid-price fields for each development option.
