Description
The Ogden City Redevelopment Agency is seeking qualified proposers for the acquisition, development, and construction of the Capitol Square property currently owned by the agency. Proposal packets are available for download from the Ogden City website, and proposers are responsible for obtaining any issued addenda. A mandatory public pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for October 29, 2026, at the Weber County Library, 2464 Jefferson Avenue, Ogden, Utah. Sealed proposals must be submitted to the Purchasing Office at the 2nd Floor Welcome Desk, 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, by November 6, 2026, at 4:00 PM. Late proposals will not be accepted.
