Description

The City of New Port Richey is accepting sealed proposals from bidders interested in acquiring a vacant parcel identified as Pasco County Parcel No. 33-25-16-076A-00000-0330 at 6650 Candice Lane. The City makes no representations or guarantees regarding the property's condition, and bidders must conduct their own inspections and due diligence. The selected bidder will enter into a purchase and sale agreement with the City. Each proposal must include the bid amount, a narrative explaining the bidder's intended use of the property, and, if applicable, a conceptual site plan, conceptual building floor plans, exterior facade elevation concepts, and a development timeline or schedule. The minimum acceptable bid is $12,500. A completed Noncollusion Affidavit, attached as Exhibit B, is required with each submission.
