Description
The Town of Stettler is seeking proposals for the purchase and development of municipally owned residential lands. The successful proponent will enter into a land sales agreement addressing payment, title transfer, subdivision approvals, rezoning applications, a development agreement, and a development schedule. The resulting lots must be publicly available for purchase. The lands are partially subdivided into R1 residential low-density lots, with the Town seeking proposals that address its identified need for higher-density housing. Proposals may include a mix of R1 and R2 residential development, with priority for plans that include an apartment site or other high-density residential development.
