The Liberty County Industrial Authority (the Authority) is soliciting proposals from qualified real estate brokers/agents to market and sell eight parcels of land totaling approximately 299.72 acres owned by the Authority in Liberty County, Georgia. The selected broker/agent must hold a Georgia Real Estate Commission license and have experience in marketing and selling commercial and industrial properties. Proposals will be evaluated based on description and resources of the firm (10 points), experience and qualifications (20 points), strategy and timeline (20 points), and total cost including fees (50 points), with up to 10 additional points for local preference. The contract will be awarded to the proposal deemed most advantageous to the Authority.
