Description
The Regional District of Central Okanagan is seeking experienced organizations to provide land acquisition professional consulting services to government-sector clients, including valuation and acquisition of public and private property for municipal infrastructure projects supporting the District's Engineering Services Department. The District expects to shortlist up to two organizations and rank them based on weighted evaluation scores. The resulting pre-qualified organizations may receive assignments through a right of first refusal, invitation-only second-stage RFPs, or separate public competitions. The pre-qualification is non-exclusive, does not guarantee future work or contract awards, and is valid for three years from the closing date. Services may be delivered in British Columbia, including the Central Okanagan region; no specific physical delivery address is stated.
