Description

The City of Moreno Valley is seeking a qualified consultant to develop a complete, coordinated, code-compliant, and permit-ready design for an approximately 20,000-square-foot office and warehouse/garage facility at its Corporate Yard. The project includes office, warehouse, storage, garage, vehicle-support, and operational spaces; two non-public fleet parking areas; replacement of an existing perimeter wall; security gates and fencing; grading, drainage, paving, utilities, accessible routes, landscaping, irrigation, and related site improvements. The design must coordinate with City-provided electrical, electric-vehicle charging, solar-carport, and battery-energy-storage infrastructure, while incorporating appropriate non-electrical structural, civil, architectural, and site features. Required services include architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and fire alarm, civil, landscape, irrigation, stormwater/WQMP, hydrology and hydraulic, geotechnical, surveying, utility-locating, permitting, plan-check support, bidding support, and construction administration. Construction-phase assistance includes responses to RFIs, review of submittals and substitutions, site observations, field reports, punch-list inspections, and substantial- and final-completion support. Proposals must include an executive summary and cover letter, professional team assignments with resumes and an organizational chart, a technical proposal with a detailed Gantt-chart schedule, required City forms, client references, and work samples. The contract is a two-year base term with an optional one-year renewal.
