Description
The New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities, through its Broome DDSO, is seeking design services for the first-floor rehabilitation of Building 3, including separate contract documents for architectural and interior design, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing work. The consultant must perform an existing-conditions survey and prepare drawings, specifications, product data, construction details, and related schematics in accordance with applicable New York State codes and OPWDD design standards. Deliverables include 60% and 100% design submissions, final construction documents for approval and permit issuance, punch-list and closeout documents, as-built documents, a construction-cost estimate and schedule, and two sets of 24-by-36-inch blueprints plus electronic files. The selected consultant will be paid in three milestone installments, and the contract term is 60 days from award. Prevailing-wage requirements apply, and the quote must include a materials-and-labor cost breakdown.
