Description
The City of Simpsonville is seeking a qualified professional engineering firm or individual for the North Almond Drive capital improvement project. The scope includes field data collection and topographic surveying, drainage analysis for the 100-year rainfall event, construction drawings meeting South Carolina Department of Transportation guidelines, permitting, resident access solutions, construction bid preparation and attendance, stormwater inspections and reporting, and quality control/quality assurance. Proposals must address the firm's or individual's qualifications, work plan and approach, key personnel and resumes, similar projects completed within the past five years, references, and a project schedule. The selected consultant will negotiate a final scope and compensation schedule with the City before executing a professional services agreement.
