The Société québécoise des infrastructures is conducting an open public procurement for a single-provider, on-demand contract covering professional mechanical, electrical, civil, and structural engineering services for various buildings in the Bas-Saint-Laurent and Gaspésie–Îles-de-la-Madeleine administrative regions. The contract is for 24 months from the award date, and selection will be based on the recommendations of a selection committee using the evaluation criteria in the contractual documents. Bidders must maintain a clearly identified permanent establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement. Electronic submission through the SEAO system is strongly recommended, although paper submissions are also accepted. During contract performance, plans, specifications, studies, and final reports must bear digital signatures using a certificate issued through Notarius. Depending on the contractual requirements, bidders may also need an attestation from Revenu Québec and authorization to contract from the Autorité des marchés publics.
