The City of Kissimmee is soliciting qualifications from one or more engineering firms to provide continuing, as-needed professional engineering services through individual task orders. The selected firms must demonstrate the ability to provide the full scope through in-house staff, qualified subconsultants, or both. Services include civil, transportation, water, wastewater, reclaimed water, stormwater, drainage, utility, environmental, resiliency, geotechnical, surveying, mapping, planning, hydraulic modeling, permitting, construction support, peer review, feasibility studies, grant support, and preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Utility-related work may include coordination with Toho Water Authority but is not intended to replace its ownership, operation, or existing contracts. The solicitation will establish a pool of multiple qualified firms; the final number of selected firms is not specified, and selection does not guarantee any particular discipline, task order, work volume, compensation, or exclusivity. Proposals must address the required qualification sections and include the City-provided Firm Information Form, required certifications, references, licenses and certifications, business documentation, and other listed materials. Addendum 2 confirms that the deadline will not be extended, that wet signatures are required where specifically requested on forms, and that resumes count toward applicable page limits.
