Description
Sante Quebec, acting through the Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de la Montérégie-Centre, is soliciting proposals from a firm to provide professional mechanical and electrical engineering services for construction work under Lot 1 (HCLM) and Lot 2 (HRR). The work concerns projects financed and carried out during 2026–2029, with the number of assigned projects varying according to the authority’s needs. Award will be based on the highest final score. The contract has a one-year base term with two optional 12-month extensions. No bid security is required. Eligible proponents must maintain a clearly identified permanent establishment in Quebec or another territory covered by the applicable trade agreements. Solicitation documents must be obtained through SEAO, and electronic submissions through SEAO are accepted. The solicitation is open and subject to applicable Canadian trade agreements.
