Description
The Centre de services scolaire de la Cote-du-Sud is soliciting professional architectural services for the complete modernization of Ecole primaire Echos-de-la-Foret in French. The scope runs from concept development through the construction tender period, construction phase, post-construction services, and final acceptance without reservations. The work will be performed continuously over a 24-month period spanning the 2026–2027 and 2027–2028 school years. The first phase covers design and services related to the construction tender, followed by construction and post-construction services.
