Description
The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority is soliciting quotes for 23 inventory-part line items used in transit vehicles. The requested items include washers, gaskets, bushings, latches, switches, plates, modules, clamps, rollers, caps, covers, springs, sensors, panels, rings, speakers, doors, and air-spring components, with specified quantities, model numbers, and catalog numbers. Bidders must submit pricing through the electronic procurement portal using the provided pricing table. Pricing must include freight, and lead time for the complete delivered quantity must be entered in days in the notes field. Non-OEM or alternate parts must include the quoted part number in the required RM format, core fees must be identified in the notes field, and unavailable items must be marked “no bid.” The bid includes a vendor questionnaire confirming all-inclusive pricing, 30-day quote validity, lead-time notation, and applicable core fees.
