Description
Clarke County School District is seeking qualified individual practitioners and agencies to provide comprehensive student mental and behavioral health services for students in grades 6–12 during and after the school day. The scope includes individual and group counseling, crisis intervention and de-escalation, behavioral health assessments and referrals, preventive and educational programming, family engagement, case coordination, data collection, progress monitoring, and outcome reporting. In-person services are preferred, with telehealth permitted when appropriate or necessary with prior district approval. Offerors must provide appropriately licensed Georgia professionals, demonstrate experience serving children and adolescents, and describe staffing capacity, service methodology, crisis response, trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices, collaboration procedures, telehealth capability, and evaluation plans. The proposal must include pricing, references, required affidavits, a current business license, a certificate of insurance, and the district’s required forms. Services are expected to begin upon award and continue through June 30, 2027.
