Description
Gwinnett County is seeking qualified contractors to provide supplemental grounds maintenance at Lucky Shoals Park, Lilburn Activity Building, Sweet Water Park, Graves Park, and Bethesda Park. Services include weekly mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, litter and debris removal, maintenance of hardscapes and trails, drainage-swale maintenance, planting-bed and tree-well upkeep, shrub pruning, weed control, and approved pesticide applications. Service frequency changes to every other week from November through February, and the contractor must provide all labor, equipment, safety measures, and supervision. The contractor must maintain at least three active crews with at least three members per crew, provide an equipment inventory and proposed service schedule, submit evidence of a Georgia Category 24 Commercial Pesticide Applicators License and landscape certifications or training, and provide at least three similar-project references. Subcontracting is prohibited. Required response materials include the Quote Schedule, Statement of Qualifications, References, Contractor Affidavit and Agreement, applicable license and training documentation, equipment inventory, proposed service schedule, and signed Addendum No. 1. The initial contract is to begin upon notification of award, with pricing held firm during the initial term.
