Description
Gwinnett County is soliciting proposals for countywide maintenance of more than 10,000 computers, printers, scanners, servers, storage arrays, and peripheral devices supporting more than 6,500 users. The scope includes preventive and remedial maintenance, remote diagnostics, on-site service, parts, labor, travel, service-call tracking, escalation procedures, monthly performance reporting, and a four-hour-or-better on-site response time. Services must be available Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with printer preventive maintenance at least annually and scanner preventive maintenance quarterly. The provider must maintain local Atlanta-area staffing, parts availability, a dedicated dispatch service, qualified hardware and software personnel, manufacturer or equivalent training, and the ability to support specified Apple, Dell, Epson, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Lexmark, Microsoft, Panasonic, and Ricoh equipment. Proposals must include experience and qualifications, a technical approach, three comparable references, detailed procedures and escalation information, and separate cost schedules for equipment maintenance, labor, parts markups, servers, and peripherals. The contract is scheduled to begin December 1, 2026, or upon award, with four additional 12-month renewal periods.
