Description
Decide DeKalb Development Authority seeks a qualified organization to serve as program manager for the DeKalb Land to Legacy Initiative Faith-Based Development Cohort. The contractor will design, administer, and continuously improve the cohort; manage recruitment, curriculum, participant records, communications, reporting, quality assurance, and participant support; and coordinate a multidisciplinary Technical Assistance Bench for approximately 10–15 faith-based institutions. Services include educational programming, property and development readiness assessments, individualized advisory support, partnership development, conceptual development planning, pre-development funding readiness, and a concluding symposium. Required expertise spans affordable housing, mixed-use development, planning, architecture, engineering, finance, law, construction, nonprofit governance, community engagement, and economic development. Deliverables include work plans, recruitment plans, participant rosters, educational materials, technical assistance logs, readiness assessments, quarterly reports, final program reports, and recommendations for future cohorts. The resulting contract is expected to support recurring cohorts and optional task orders, subject to available funding and satisfactory performance.
