Description
Broward County is soliciting an open-end contract for the repair or replacement of windows and glass doors for the Port Everglades Department and other County agencies. The scope includes related window and door products, installation, maintenance, repair, glass and plastic replacement, weather stripping, frames, sashes, screens, and associated parts and accessories. The solicitation identifies County and State license requirements, bonding requirements, insurance requirements, and a 25% County Business Enterprise participation goal. Bidders must submit pricing through the electronic procurement system, including the provided fixed-price bid table, bid bond, vendor questionnaire, and manufacturer and model information for products offered. Optional supporting materials are strongly encouraged. The contract has a one-year initial term with four one-year renewal options.
