Description
The United States Secret Service intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order for two climate-controlled glass officer booths for personnel supporting protective operations at President's Park. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, materials, transportation, tools, and related non-personal services required to fabricate, deliver, and install the booths in accordance with Government-furnished drawings, specifications, and a technical package. The scope includes fabrication coordination, a contractor fabrication schedule, submittal processing, progress meetings, biweekly in-process Government reviews, a joint quality inspection at the contractor's facility, delivery, site coordination, installation, securing the booths in place, and connections to Government-furnished utilities where required. The booths include laminated glass, steel framing and trim, doors, ventilation fans, electric radiant heat, electrical components, and related structural and ornamental metal elements. Two units are required, with delivery no later than October 30, 2026. The notice is not a request for competitive quotations; responsible sources may instead submit capability statements for consideration of whether a competitive procurement will be conducted.
