Description
The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation requires a contractor to supply, deliver, and install security film and related protective glazing at the Phoenix Area Office. The work includes 3M Ultra S2400 or equal security film on 30 exterior first-floor windows and glass doors; Defense Lite Bullet Shield Level 3 or equal bullet-resistant shielding on seven interior lobby windows and glass doors; and Solar Gard TrueVue 05 or equal one-way mirrored privacy film on six removable glass panels in two display cases. The contractor must confirm field measurements, perform installation during specified office hours, provide on-site project management and technical assistance, protect the building and existing finishes, clean up and dispose of waste, provide warranty and care instructions, and maintain a uniform appearance. Delivery, installation, and training must be completed by March 31, 2027. The requirement is a total small-business set-aside and will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price purchase order based on price, technical specifications, and past performance. Quotes must include pricing, technical specifications and manufacturer literature, past-performance examples, UEI, and contractor email address.
