Description
The Cooperative Purchasing Connection is soliciting proposals from experienced suppliers for a national cooperative Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract covering permanent and semi-permanent fixed signage for participating public agencies. The scope includes public-space, recreational, facility, ADA, regulatory, interior, exterior, directional, wayfinding, illuminated, electronic, and electrically powered signage, as well as related branding, creative and design, project management, finishing, fabrication, installation, removal, electrical, foundation, mounting, permitting, engineering, site assessment, maintenance, and repair services. Suppliers may propose only the products and services they are qualified to provide and are not required to offer the entire scope. Pricing must include catalog discounts off MSRP or list price, not-to-exceed rates for professional services and field labor, and transparent formula-based pricing for custom projects. The response must address national service coverage, qualifications, capacity, subcontractor oversight, ADA and applicable code compliance, warranties, pricing administration, and public-sector eProcurement capabilities.
