Description
Western University is seeking contractors for a Vendor of Record program providing interior and exterior signage services across university facilities and campus. The scope includes signage design, shop drawings and artwork, fabrication of directional, wayfinding, room identification, donor recognition, safety, regulatory, parking, informational, temporary, tactile, Braille, and accessible signs, as well as supply of mounting hardware and accessories. Contractors may also be required to verify site conditions, install, remove, relocate, modify, or replace signage, patch and repair affected surfaces, coordinate with other trades, protect adjacent finishes, dispose of or recycle removed signage, and maintain safe access during work. The qualification period is three years, from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2029, with no guaranteed work volume. Qualified contractors will compete for future projects through second-stage quotations or requests for proposals; up to five contractors may be qualified for the category.
