Description
San Joaquin County's County Administrator's Office, Capital Projects Administration, is seeking a qualified contractor or contractors to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to deliver a fully operational LED billboard system. The solicitation package includes electrical permit materials, LED sign permit specifications, structural drawings, structural calculations, a sample contract, disputes and claims provisions, and additional federal grant clauses. The project does not include a pre-bid site walk or visit, and attendance at an in-person meeting is not required. Bidders must submit one original paper bid and one paper copy in a sealed envelope by the stated deadline.
