Description
The City of Seattle is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to establish a pool of contracts for as-needed display-signage products and services. The scope includes specialty graphics, labels, stickers, decals, magnets, banners, lawn signs, name plates, maps, panels, wayfinding and directional signs, facility-identification signs, regulatory and safety signs, interpretive displays, event signage, and large-format digital printing. Vendors must provide printing and fabrication using materials such as aluminum, acrylic, vinyl, PVC, polyester, metals, and wood, along with proofs or prototypes, durable and accessible designs, delivery, incidental installation, and maintenance, cleaning, repair, or replacement when requested. Orders generally must be delivered within five to ten business days, with two- to three-business-day rush options. The contract is for one year with six one-year extensions at the City's option, with no guaranteed utilization and potential multiple or partial awards. Bidders must demonstrate at least three continuous years of comparable sign-design and fabrication experience, submit unit pricing for all bid items, and comply with applicable ADA, licensing, prevailing-wage, insurance, and City contracting requirements.
