Description
The City of Boucherville is soliciting bids for the fabrication and installation of two digital signs. The contract ends when the goods are delivered and all related obligations are fulfilled, with no renewal option stated. Award will be made through an open competitive process to the compliant bidder offering the lowest price. Submissions are due by September 28, 2026, at 10:00 EDT. They may be submitted electronically through SEAO in accordance with its prescribed procedure or delivered to the Direction du Greffe. The solicitation is subject to the Quebec–Ontario Agreement on Trade and Cooperation and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
