Description
The Port of Portland is soliciting a lump-sum bid for upgrades to most existing wayfinding signage in Portland International Airport’s Concourses C and D, with additional work in the central terminal, north and south tunnels, and Concourses B and E. The scope includes removing and replacing existing signs, fabricating and installing signs in new locations, and furnishing select digital signage components, including FM4 LED displays and associated media players. The contractor is responsible for related structural, electrical, lighting-control, structured-cabling, technology, programming, testing, commissioning, demolition, temporary wayfinding, and finish-repair work. The project includes an additive alternate for CBL signage in Concourse C, Sector 72. Bids are awarded to the responsible bidder offering the lowest responsive base bid; the estimated value will not be released before bid opening. Oregon Construction Contractors Board registration is required before bidding, and the project requires a 10% bid bond plus 100% performance and labor-and-material payment bonds.
