Description
Pasco County is seeking one or more vendors to provide fabricated aluminum sign blanks on an as-needed, requirements-contract basis. The blanks must be made from 5052-H38 aluminum meeting specified federal and Aluminum Association material standards, with required thickness, chemical composition, mechanical properties, Federal Highway Administration radii, and hole-punch patterns. The County may order additional sizes, cut materials, and related items with prior written approval. Fabrication includes degreasing and treatment of both sides using the Alodine 1200 process or an equivalent treatment, followed by rinsing, cleaning, neutralizing, and drying. Products must be shipped clean and dry, with certified mill analyses for each shipment and size. Pricing must include labor, materials, equipment, freight, and delivery. The contract is for three years, with two additional one-year extension options, and deliveries must be made during specified weekday hours to the County's Sign Shop. Vendors must submit the completed bid table and fully executed RFQ signature form, including the required human trafficking affidavit.
