Description
The State is seeking one or more contractors to supply high-end commercial laundry chemicals and household-type laundry products, including detergents, alkali builder, sour/neutralizer, softener, bleach, low-foam HE detergent, and detergent powder. Products must meet specified environmental and safety criteria, including no phosphates or phosphonates, and bidders may offer acceptable equals to the identified products. The scope also includes furnishing and installing automatic dispensing equipment at no additional cost, maintaining and repairing the equipment, providing user instruction, technical support, and regular on-site visits at least monthly. The contractor must support facilities operated by the Department of Corrections and the Vermont Veterans' Home, provide safety data sheets with deliveries, label products with required safety and product information, support transition of equipment, and provide pricing through the attached price schedule. Responses must include a cover letter, technical response, references, price schedule, and completed Certificate of Compliance in one searchable PDF submitted by email.
