Description
Rockland County is soliciting a one-time purchase of two new heavy-duty commercial washer/extractors and two steel bases. The specified washers are non-metered, 60-pound-capacity, nine-cycle, microprocessor-controlled units rated at 208–240 volts, 60 Hz, single-phase, three-wire power, with stainless-steel construction; Huebsch model HCT060QN0VXU70B000 or an approved equal is acceptable. The bases must anchor the front-loading washers to a concrete floor. Equipment must be fully assembled, include all standard parts, comply with applicable federal and New York health and safety standards, and be delivered inside the building within 45 days after receipt of the purchase order. Pricing must include freight and inside loading-dock delivery. Bidders offering an equal product must submit duplicate catalog cuts or descriptive literature identifying all specification differences. The bid requires a completed proposal, non-collusion certification, disclosure and representation certifications, experience references, New York workers’ compensation and disability documentation or exemption attestations, and applicable bid security.
