Description
The University of Texas at Austin, on behalf of Facilities Services, is requesting bids under Invitation to Quote No. 721-27021 for janitorial consumable supplies, including natural hardwound rolls measuring 8 inches by 800 feet, two-ply jumbo tissue rolls measuring 1,000 feet, and Purell Healthy Soap Mild Foam in 2,000 mL containers. Bidders must provide detailed, itemized firm-fixed pricing through the bid table and identify delivery timing, product brands or descriptions, freight charges, and any exceptions or substitutions. The solicitation requires submission of the completed Pricing and Delivery Schedule and Terms and Conditions of Bid. Products must be new and in first-class condition; applicable hazardous products must include a Material Safety Data Sheet or statement of exemption. Delivery is to the University's designated location under FOB destination terms.
