Description

The U.S. Army National Guard is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contractor to repair 13 Regional Training Site buildings totaling approximately 9,600 square feet. The base requirement covers Billets Buildings 2250–2259, with options for Kitchen Building 2296, Bathhouse Building 2291, and Pavilion Building 2290. Work includes demolition and refinishing; standing-seam metal roofs; doors, frames, hardware, windows, and skylights; fiber-cement board and plaster wall repairs; painting and signage; mechanical systems including mini-splits, an evaporative cooler, exhaust fans, and an electric water cooler; electrical and lighting work; grading and crushed-rock sitework; inspections, testing, submittals, cleanup, and a minimum one-year workmanship and material warranty. The project is a 100% small-business set-aside, with a stated magnitude of $500,000 to $750,000 and a 120-day period of performance after notice to proceed. A bid guarantee equal to 20% of the bid price or $2,000,000, whichever is less, is required.
