Description
The Orleans Parish School Board is soliciting sealed bids from contractors licensed in Louisiana for all labor and materials required for building improvements at Alice M. Harte Charter School. The project is identified as ITB 26-FAC-0099, and bidders must be licensed under Louisiana Revised Statutes 37:2150–2163 in the Building Construction classification. Bids must include bid security equal to 5% of the base bid and all alternates, in the form of an acceptable certified or cashier’s check or the Orleans Parish School Board Bid Bond Form. The successful bidder must furnish 100% performance and payment bonds. A nonmandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled, and complete bidding documents may be obtained from the project architect by email or downloadable link in PDF format.
