Description
McNeese State University is soliciting sealed bids for construction of a new maintenance and storage facility under Project No. 19-627-21-01 and related project identifiers. Bids are limited to contractors licensed under Louisiana law for the building construction classification. Each bid must include a cashier’s check, certified check, or acceptable bid bond of at least 5% of the bid amount. The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond equal to 100% of the contract amount. Front-end bidding documents, plans, specifications, and drawings are available through the Louisiana Vendor Center and by request from the university’s Facilities office.
