Description
The South Dakota Office of the State Engineer, on behalf of Hausmann Construction Inc., is soliciting bids for Bid Package 2 of the Gassen Family Fieldhouse at the University of South Dakota. Bids will be submitted electronically through the designated bidding platform. Plans and specifications may be obtained from Hausmann Construction. For bids exceeding $100,000, bidders must provide either a certified check, cashier’s check, or draft equal to 5% of the base bid and all add alternates, or upload a 10% bid bond issued by an authorized surety and payable to Hausmann Construction. There will be no pre-bid meeting.
