Description
The City of Cincinnati is soliciting bids for the demolition and site restoration of three properties: 3600 Dawson Avenue, 1664 Frederick Avenue, and 4532 Kirby Avenue. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, permits, safety measures, debris removal, lawful disposal, basement or crawl-space backfilling, grading, seeding, restoration of sidewalks and curbs, and removal of associated driveways, garages, steps, trash, weeds, and brush as specified for each site. The contractor must address asbestos and other hazardous-material requirements, obtain applicable permits, maintain required insurance, provide 100% performance surety, comply with site-safety and inspection requirements, and complete the on-site work within 45 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed. Bids must include the completed Volume 3 Excel pricing sheet, the signed Bid and Surety Form, and any applicable subcontracting forms.
