Description
The City of Cincinnati is seeking a professional landscaping contractor specializing in public tree planting to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and expertise required to plant up to 1,500 trees annually in the North, East, and West Districts (Area 1) and up to 500 trees annually in the South District (Area 2). Work will occur throughout the public right-of-way, with occasional planting on other public property. The scope includes related watering, maintenance, stump grinding, and horticultural work, as detailed in the solicitation documents. Offerors may propose for one or both areas, and the City may award separate contracts. Proposals must include the required proposal narratives, references, pricing attachments, and other solicitation forms. The initial contract term is 17 months with two optional 12-month renewals.
