Description
The City of Cincinnati is seeking a contractor for an as-needed, 12-month program supporting the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati. The scope includes condition-based cleaning of sanitary, combined, and storm sewer mainlines; non-PACP post-cleaning inspections using robotic crawler or jetter cameras; heavy and light sewer cleaning; grinding protruding service connections; bypass pumping; and advanced traffic control. Work will be assigned through work orders and may include off-road assets, debris removal, photographic documentation, Cityworks work-order updates, and monthly invoicing. Bidders must complete all required Volume 2 forms and the Volume 3 Excel pricing sheet, including pricing for all commodity lines. The solicitation includes a 3% Small Business Enterprise goal. The original Excel pricing sheet must be returned unmodified, and the bid must include complete specifications for the equipment offered. The contractor must maintain qualified crews, comply with safety and confined-space requirements, submit inspection data and videos within the specified timeframes, and obtain approval before certain heavy-cleaning, grinding, flow-control, or traffic-control work.
