Description
The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority is soliciting bids for a one-year contract to supply an estimated 4,400 gallons per year of full synthetic transmission fluid for its Queensgate and Bond Hill garages. Deliveries are preferred in bulk, including 275- to 300-gallon totes or tanker trucks; 55-gallon drums require written approval. Orders must be delivered within 48 hours, Monday through Friday excluding holidays, between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Products must be approved for both Allison TES 668 and Voith DIWA applications. Bidders must provide the applicable Allison TES 668 approval number, Allison Approved logo, Voith approval number, and product documentation. The bid package includes an electronically completed pricing form, certification forms, product data sheet, insurance certificates, acceptance confirmations, required responsibility certifications, a notarized personal property tax affidavit, lobbying certification, detailed cost breakdown, and applicable small-business participation documentation. Award will be made to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest responsive offer.
