Description
The City of Cincinnati is seeking proposals for all professional services necessary to prepare a comprehensive renovation plan for Inwood Park, progressing from park-wide Concept Design through Schematic Design of selected priority improvements. The work must establish project scope, anticipated construction costs, and a basis for future Design Development and Construction Documentation. The scope includes project management, site analysis, multidisciplinary design coordination, landscape architecture, historic preservation and adaptive reuse planning, accessibility, ecological restoration, stormwater and water-management strategies, circulation and safety improvements, community engagement, cost estimating, implementation planning, and presentation materials. Priority areas include the North Gateway, historic pond, Dance Pavilion, event grounds, mixed-sport courts, western landscape, comfort station, amphitheater, South Gateway, and related park-wide improvements. Deliverables include existing-conditions and opportunities analyses, concept alternatives, a preferred renovation plan, renderings, schematic design packages, phased implementation plans, and planning- and schematic-level construction cost estimates. The solicitation states that services are expected to be completed within approximately 18 months after issuance of the Notice to Proceed, and the construction-cost budget may not exceed $9,000,000.
