Description
The City of Cincinnati is soliciting bids for the elimination of the Camargo Canyon Pump Station and construction of approximately 795 linear feet of sanitary gravity sewer. The work includes demolition and abandonment of the existing pump station, force main, gravity sewer, air-release-valve manholes, and related structures; installation of new sewer pipe and manholes; trenchless jack-and-bore and directional-drill installations; excavation, backfilling, dewatering, bypass pumping, testing, traffic maintenance, and site restoration. Additional requirements include environmental compliance, erosion and sediment controls, creek-bank restoration, railroad coordination and flagging, CCTV inspection of installed sewers and manholes, salvage of designated pump-station equipment, and submission of construction, safety, scheduling, engineering, and closeout documentation. The stated total bid shown on the unit-price sheet is $150,000, and the performance-bond bid item may not exceed 1% of the official bid price.
