Description
The University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) is soliciting bids for the replacement of the existing low-slope roofing at the Computing Center. This is a prevailing wage project with an estimated cost range of $250,000 to $350,000. Liquidated damages of $500 per day will apply if the work is not completed on time. Required insurance upon award includes Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Pollution Liability, Contractors Equipment, Installation Floater, Rigger's Liability, and Builder's Risk. Specific limits and additional information can be found in the TEMPLATE-Owner-Contractor Construction Agreement. The anticipated start date for the work is August 17, 2026, with a scheduled completion date of October 30, 2026.
