Description
Clark County is soliciting bids for an annual requirements contract to supply air-conditioning parts and supplies countywide. The solicitation includes 13 packages covering HVAC motors, capacitors, relays, compressors and compressor parts, thermostats and controllers, contactors, filter driers, controls, fittings, brazing and gas cylinders, oils, and multiple manufacturer product lines. Bidders may offer specified products or approved equals where permitted, while several Rapid Locking System and Ambro Controls items are designated “No Substitute.” Responses require pricing for individual items and/or percentage discounts from manufacturers’ list prices, along with manufacturer and manufacturer-part-number information where requested. The listed annual estimated spending across the packages totals $430,000. Bids may be submitted electronically through the Nevada Gov eMarketplace website or manually at the Clark County Government Center; the bid package is available online or for pickup from the Purchasing and Contracts Division.
